I'm 19 Weeks Prego!!!!

Yeah! I'm just about half way done! I really cant believe that it has gone by so fast, well, all in all anyway. I usually just try to focus one day at a time... and here I am almost done!!! I know that I have not updated this blog in a while, so I have quite a few things to share!
First off, one of my very dear friends, sarah bought Daniel and I many new and awesome things for the baby! Fun things like bath toys and a baby swing and things we will need like over a hundred diapers and baby first aid kit with all the coolest new gadgets. Here is a pic I took so you can kind of see a little bit of what we got. There are too many things that I am not going to mention here, but a big thank you to Sarah!
Then, on one of my shopping trips I found the cutest little onsie! It's the softest colored blue and has the cutest turtle on it and it says "To the Pond!" I had to get it! I know that it looks more like boy clothes than girl clothes, but I figure Daniel and I will end up having at least one of each so why not buy things when there is a really good price? So from now on, when I do see something on sale I will get it because it will end up saving money in the long run. Dearest Hubby sometimes fails to see the logic in this, but that's why he has me! ;)
Now, for the most exciting news... The baby is a kicker! He/she is kicking and moving more and more everyday! I think the biggest change has been since Thanksgiving when Daniel and I got back from Kentucky, I bet it's because the baby could hear all the fun we were having and can't wait to meet all his uncles and aunts! :)
When I lay in bed, around 10:00 or so the baby starts doing these little sumersaults in my belly and kicking me. It is by far the most amazing feeling in this world! (Other than your kisses, of course, honey :)
It also is amazing to think that he can hear noises from the outside, I have been talking to him/her a lot out loud so the baby gets used to my voice. Sometimes I would wonder if the baby can actually hear anything... but the last three days prove to me that yes, he can! For the last couple of days, in the morning when Daniel's alarm goes off not only does it wake us up, but it wakes up the baby!!!! Poor baby gets so startled! I will wake up and see that the alarm is about to go off, and when it does, all of the sudden I just feel this huge lurch in my belly and the baby kicks for a good 20 or so min. After Daniel leaves I just gently rub my belly and tell the baby that it's alright and he (she) can go back to sleep. It's just so amazing!
Well that all for now. I do have a bunch of pictures from Thanksgiving that I would like to share but that will have to wait until we unload the Jeep because the camera is in there somewhere :)
16 Weeks

Yeah! 16 weeks along and the baby just keeps on getting bigger and stronger :) The past two weeks have been really exhausting, which in turn makes me feel pretty down because Im not doing anything. But after yesterdays doctors appointment when Daniel and I were able to hear the little heart beat... I get so excited it just gives me new energy! His/Her heart beat is perfectly normal and very strong sounding. :) The doctor also commented on how big I am for 16 weeks, she said the baby must be going through a growth spurt.
So the baby is doing well and my nausea is starting to get a lot better! Since I have had some extra energy and am feeling better I decided to start cleaning the apartment today. Its been awhile and things are looking pretty grim, to say the least. I know it must have been a really long time since I have really done anything because the whole time I was walking around the apartment cleaning the dog followed me around looking slightly alarmed, wondering what I was doing. I got kind of agitated at the dog, I mean, I know I haven't cleaned in awhile but for goodness sakes the dog doesn't have to act like he has never seen me with a dish rag in my hand!
So there it is, the latest update on what is going on in the Isaacs household!
Our Baby is 15 Weeks!

Wow! I cant believe I am 15 weeks into the pregnancy! This is what Daniel's and my little bebe looks like, or should look like. I have a feeling he is a lot bigger.. a LOT bigger. The nurse I talked to said that I should not be able to feel him move for at least another two weeks and that there is almost no possible way for anyone on the outside to be able to see his movements. Well, that is just not true! Not only have i felt an odd little twitter in my belly, but Daniel and I have seen him/her move! If there is anyone who does not believe you can just come over and see me about it, I'll show you! It's so cute looking, whenever I have been up and about and walking a whole lot the baby likes to hang out on the left side of my belly. I have a nice little bump on my left side and the right is almost flat, but when I'm sitting down or when I have a full belly, my belly is all even again. I cannot explain how much I just like to stare at my belly. I still cant wrap my head around the fact that Daniel and I will be parents, I cant believe that God has given us this baby, I cant believe that I have the honour of caring him! Wow... it truly is amazing. I just wish i felt better now!
My poor hubby, with all my crazy emotions and morning/daytime/nighttime sickness he has been so good and patient to me! Sometime I need to laugh, or cry on, or talk to, or snuggle with, or get ticked off at someone. And, since there is no one else around for me to get ticked off with I take it all out on him, poor guy (well, except for the occasional incompetent bag boy or waitress. Whenever we go to a restaurant Daniel makes me promise to be nice to the waiters) Also, when we first got married the apartment was clean, bills sent out on time, and a nice warm dinner made when he got home. Things have changed! I cant remember to do anything on time, the sight of the dishes makes me throw up most days, (although Daniel helps with dishes on the weekends I swear there have been some of the same things there for a week. Oh fine! who am I kidding? I know for a fact that one bowl has been there two weeks! :( laundry is such an effort, and cooking is so gross. There are days when food does look good, but the effort it takes to cook a simple meal make me so tired I usually pass out on the couch and end u falling asleep. Of course, I have been having days where I feel perfect, but why would I want to spend it on house chores? Those are the days when Daniel and I go out and do stuff and spend time outside! Oh well, the house is probably just going to always be a little messy until the baby comes. After he is born I wont be so sick all the time and I'll just clean when he is asleep.
Oh yes! to finish what I was saying in the first place, Daniel has been the perfect husband to me, his kindness and love is truly inspiring. Make sure you all not only pray for the health of our precious little child, but also that God would bless my kind hubby!
